Custom Order Policy

*Production Time* 

Custom orders can take anywhere from 1week -3 months to be completed, depending on the complexity and design of the piece. We strive to deliver your custom jewelry as promptly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

*Payment Terms* 

To begin production on your custom piece, 75% of the total value must be paid upfront. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and before shipment.

*Weight and Pricing* 

Custom orders come with an approximate gram weight estimate. If the final weight of the custom piece exceeds the estimate by 1 gram or more, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

- Please note that because custom orders are tailored to your specifications, the final weight cannot be guaranteed.

*Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable* 

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, once production begins, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accommodated.
