All Sales Are Final, With Only EXCHANGES Offered And No REFUNDS.

Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring that you can shop with confidence. Whether it’s an exchange or a refund, we strive to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible, so you can continue enjoying the beauty and craftsmanship of our jewelry.
**Exception/Non-Refundable Items*
- engraved items: engraved items not cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sized rings: sized rings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized and made-to-order merchandise: these item cannot be returned or exchange for a refund.
- Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable
- RMA Number: Returns will not be accepted if the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is not visible on the box.
- Incomplete Returns: Returns with missing paperwork or products will not be processed.
- Tags: Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed from the purchased item(s).
- Shipping Insurance: Insuring your return shipment for its total purchase value is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How to Prepare Your Return
To return a shipped item to SALSHA JEWELERS, please follow these steps:
- Reason for Return: Clearly indicate the reason for your return.
- Request an RMA: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email at [insert email address].
- Package Contents: Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package. The packing slip must accompany the return.
- Inspection: All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
- Return Address: The return address will be provided upon request via email.
- Refund Details: A refund will be issued, excluding the cost of shipping.
- Damage Claims: Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately. SALSHA JEWELERS is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
*After Your Return Is Received*
Once we receive your returned item, it will be entered into our system, and you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department for inspection. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for this process to be completed.
If your return is approved for a refund, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method:
– *Credit/Debit Cards:* It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank and appear in your account.
– *PayPal:* Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account within two weeks.
Please note that during periods of high return volume, processing times may be extended beyond the standard timeframe.
