Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, text or call.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates depend on your location and selected shipping method:
2-3 days shipping flat rate charges $39.00
3-5 days shipping flat rate charges $20.00
orders above $2000.00 shipping is free
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within USA and internationally.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within couple of hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SALSHA JEWELERS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SALSHA JEWELERS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
we offer international shipping too. International shipping charge depends on destination. International customer please contact us before placing the order for shipping charges.
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays.
When ordering from outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. SALSHA JEWELERS is not responsible for any delays, customs fees, or issues arising from the importation of products into a foreign country.
